Right now I can't do certain things because of a broken bone and I feel quite guilty asking for help. My guilty feelings would improve if I just reminded myself a bit more that it's okay to ask for help.
It's hard, but I'm trying.

My sudical feelings would improve if I think about my loved ones who care about me.
My depressed feelings would improve if I talk about how I am feeling with my T.
My hopeless feels would improve if I make a hope box and take it out when feeling hopeless.

my sad/apathetic feelings would improve if i eat breakfast, warm up a bit and listen to music.
my anxious feelings would improve if i get together all the things i need today, maybe put another alarm on my phone and move around a bit (while making breakfast).
my bored feelings would improve if i read a book or play a computer game.

My panic feelings would improve if I had a call saying M wasnt coming.
My worry feelings would improve if the marks on my arm were to spontaneously disappear.
My General rubbish feelings would improve had I done something today. Too late now. Mid afternoon already, and i have done nothing at all.

My agitated feelings would improve if I got some sleep, and stopped worrying that I'm headed into a manic episode.
It's hard not to worry, but sleep won't happen if I keep working myself into a panic.

My feelings of distrust would improve if I slowly tried to open up little bits at a time to a few more people.

my health would improve if i had a "normal" diet.
The kind of pain that makes you want to hurt everyone around you because you’re suffering & they’re not, because they can breathe without feeling guilty & hold a normal conversation without breaking down into fits of tears or rage
