My worried feeling would improve if my girlfriend gets through the week she has to work and they would improve if she doesn't SI anymore and just cries instead, which she is so they are partially gone :)

My overwhelmed feelings would improve if:
* I accepted that there are limits to my abilities
* I thought less about what I need to do tomorrow and more about what I need to do right now (sleeeeeep)
* Put them aside for when I see my therapist tomorrow

Now doing all that is easier said than done....
I guess first I need to get ready for bed, and then I need to journal for tomorrow so that I get these worries off my mind and sleep better.

My overwhelmed feelings would improve if I took the time to figure out why I'm overwhelmed.

My lonely feelings would improve if I was honest with my boyfriend and let him help me like he wants to.

My anxious feelings would improve if I sat back and took a deep breath( or several!). :oP:

my feelings of depression and anxiety would improve if I learned to let the small stuff roll off my back.

my SI feelings would improve if only I remember how much it hurt to get my last burn debridement.

my suicidal feelings would improve if I remember how I have friends who love me no matter what.

my pessimistic feelings would improve if I just spent an hour a day doing something I love.
