My haziness would be improved if I wasn't so hard on myself.
Mine being hard on myself would improve if I tried to have the same patience with myself as I do with other people, doing it regularly.

All the pressure would improve if I dealt with not being able to afford my situation and arranged something else. Finally.

My sad/anxious/frustrated/anger but mostly sadness and depression would improve if I do something productive today but I just don't want to do anything...how to get myself to do something today?
