I need a space where I can jot down the things that I have achieved during the day. It really helps me with the 'I've wasted a day, I've achieved nothing!' thoughts. Depending on how I'm feeling, they could be anything from 'I cleaned my entire house, made 3 phonecalls, paid my bills, played violin for an hour and then achieved world peace,' to 'I had a shower and got dressed.' I guess it's a little like a positives thread, but a bit more practical.
Please join me if you think it'll help you

Okey doke.
Today I have:
Done a band photoshoot, finally.
Organised my evening.
Picked up my meds.
Done the dishes and got my washing in.
Slow day, but that's ok

I just wanted to add that I realise this is quite similar to the 'I'm proud of myself today because' thread. I suppose I just mean for this to be about more concrete things, almost like ticking off a 'to do' list. I'm not always proud that I've done my washing, but i've still accomplished something.

Anyway, Mods, if this seems too similar to other threads feel free to delete and I'll do this is my place instead.
I'm going to stop talking to myself now

Ok. It's 2pm but I'm feeling useless and need to put this down.
I have:
Broken down 5 costumes for tonight.
Got to and completed the radio interview this morning.
Learnt the sonnet off by heart. (Touch wood..)
Finally called my sister.
Partially set up the sound rig for the tech run.
Will update when I've hopefully been a bit more productive.

"Kindness is often mistaken for softness and let me tell you,
friends, that is a mistake you don't want to make.
Kind people are not born that way, they do not stumble into it,
kind people are forged in fire and darkness and imploding stars,
they have steel cores. Throw a punch and you're going to break your hand.
Kind people are kind because they know firsthand that life isn't."

I cleaned my window, got the black mould off
I cleared out half my shelf of school stuff
Yesterday, I went out with my friends and stayed calm, didn't get anxious

Everyone is awesome

Today I...
Picked up my electoral enrollment forms.
Printed stuff for uni.
Bought a really nice skirt from an op-shop for $5

Bought a birthday present.
Worked at a friend's shop, and learnt how to do lots of stuff there.
Cleaned said shop a fair bit.
Helped out at work, though I wasn't rostered on.

Made a big wall planner.
Read 2 boring chapters that I needed to.
Bought some stationery.
Printed out some papers I needed.

I completed the ironing ... even if I had a freakout.
I talked to my mother about my anxiety.
