This is an exercise we did in Intensive Outpatient called Positive Affirmations. All you do is answer the questions truthfully, in IOP we answered all of them, but it is a major challenge!

It's good to do these things, and repeat them to yourself over and over again until you believe them.

whne i first started at WITT with doc bill we had to write 50 affirmations and say them 5 times a day in a mirror
i still say a lot of them and its been years

I cook very well.
I feel good about listening to friends vent and being able to be there for them.
My friends would tell you I have a great haircut? Haha I dyed and cut my hair recently and have bene getting a lot of compliments about it, lol..
My favorite place is the beach.
My best friend loves me!

I have been told that I have pretty eyes.
I consider myself a good servant to others.

What I really enjoy is dancing - ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop - anything!
