you can also make up to four other mail folders and move messages into that. you can store more messages that way.

the defult on your messages is to hold messages untill you delete the space.
you can change it to automaticly deleting the old messages by,
user control panel, rules folders and settings, if folder is full, and then select delete oldest messages.
that way you get new messages, but the oldest are deleted, even if you want them. kinda like the old pm system.
