Your life in 5 years......?

If you had the opportunities to do and be anyone & anything you want, disregarding illness, what would you life be like in 5 years time?

I'd be free of OCD, SI and all my ed tendancies
I'd have a postgrad in Dance Movement Therapy and my own theraputic arts shelter where there'd be art and dance therapy for groups and individuals, drop in studios, dance and art classes, and a forum for creative artists with mental health problems of all ages and abilities.
And i'd live somewhere where my chinchilla could stay with me, and in a seperate room so I could also have a cat just like i've always wanted.

Ah but to dream

I'll be heading off to grad school after just getting my undergraduate degree. Hopefully I'll be dating someone at the time and maybe engaged, though I don't see myself married yet.

I hope to be in a graduate program studying mathematics. I would want an apartment or similar either for myself or shared with my close friend. It would be really organized, comfortable, quiet and full of books. I would have a study room and a bed room--lots of room to just think. I would want to take dance classes a few times a week, have some friends in my department, and generally have things under control. I would like to read, to spend time outside, and to listen to 'car talk' every weekend.

If I could do anything? Disregarding realism? :D I'd like to have done college in 3 years at MIT, published a well-known novel, and be doing my brilliant graduate math work  ... yeah, right... but it's fun to dream.

If things continue on course as they are right this minute, I will be in a job that is well suited for me. More importantly it will be more than a job. It will be a carer that will take care of me well into old age.

If I am lucky I will meet someone that I can have in muy life for the rest of my life.
My daughter will be well on the road to graduating and reaching her goals

I will have published something.
I will have my masters and be in a job I love, or doing a phd.
I will be living somewhere nicer.
I will have a cat.
My partner will still be an important part of my life.
I will have more, and closer, friends.
I will be thinking seriously about children.
My family will be healthy. (That one is a hope, but not something I have any control over.)

In five years I would like to have my own house, have been brave enough to publish some poetry (if anyone would have it), be thinking about a family, have moved up in my career. Be free of all this.

I will be a well known and well respected scientist in my field having written a brilliant thesis and several famous papers.

I will have tenure at a good university, my own house and a husband with whom, everything will be perfect.

And, Eek! I've just realised, I'll be 30 :o

I'll be 23 in five years time...

Will be happy
If not happy, feel more in control over my illness
Will have finished my degree in whatever I decide to do it in
Be looking ahead for my postgrad
Will have a stable boyfriend or girlfriend
Getting more of an idea of what I actually want to do with my life
LESS INDECISIVE!!!!!

*I hope*

In five years, I'll be 26.

- Hunter will be five, I'm guessing he'll be starting school.
- Me and Sarah will still be living here, in Cali
- I'll have graduated and if everything follows through be working in my field.
- I just want to have a stable life for Hunter and Sarah

Most of the time I feel like I don't belong.
But I got my new favorite record today.
