It`s been a while since I`ve self injured.I believe it`s been the longest time I`ve gone without it in years.It`s not been easy.I`ve been tempted for sure.I didn`t give in again because I didn`t want to dissapoint my mother.I didn`t want her to see the bandage on my arm in the morning.It`s been difficult but I am trying.

If I do my girlfriend will insist on taking me to A&E when she gets home from work, and I don't want to sit in A&E all night or worse have to talk to the Crisis Team.

i know 'only one more time' with me always turns into a relapse

i have enough problems without adding SI to the list

SI won't solve anything (would likely make it worse)

SI would undo all the outstanding progress that I have made in the last almost 4 years.

it would not only harm myself physically, but would also smash down the confidence other people had in me.
Just let time tell the story, and act accordingly. (Phrase by myself)
