I've been reading all teh different posts from the different people, an dit makes me think, everything with them is so much worse than mine, why am I even here????

Each and every persons problems are big to themselfes you cant compare your to other peoples. If you have a problem its important to you and you want to get help on it.Thats where bus comes in to help you, this boards isnt so everyone can compare there problems. Its so people can seek help or advice.

Georgie is exactly right - nobody here is going to tell you that your problems don't matter or aren't "bad enough". I too sometimes look at people who have had all sorts of dreadful things happen in their life and I haven't.... but it's the way you're feeling that matters.

Hi Rach.

A problem isn't measure by the depth of the wounds, or the reactions to stress etc. You have to take care of yourself, and if being here helps that then great! Dont think that you have to compare yourself to anyone else...Work on your own recovery sweetie
