I knew I would feel WORSE not better, in the long run, even just over the next week or so. I knew I would have way more anxiety and would feel sick all the time.

I'm telling myself this now.

Clean & sober since July 14, 2012.
SI free since January 29, 2016.
Cigarette free since May 12, 2017.
