I feel anxious because I dont know what to do with myself.

So I am going to watch satc2 with my mum.

furious and frustrated and its after 5am and i still can't sleep.



do:
get away from the computer so i stop trying to write this email in response.

take a few deep breaths, remind myself my committee, my colleagues, friends and family support me and know that woman is awful, truly awful.

read a science magazine before falling asleep.

breathe. remember to breathe.

I feel really urgy, SI and OD.

I'm going to wait at least an hour before I do anything. I'm also going to try to distract myself. I may try to talk to someone if any of the friends I talk to are online.

I'm hungry....so I'm going to eat supper as soon as it's done :D

I'm tired...so I'm going to go to bed and have a good sleep/get catch up on sleep after losing several hours last night baby sitting the puppy until half 12.

I'm tired after getting up a 6am this morning/going to the gym tonight...going to have an early night and get some rest.

I feel slow, weak, and unhealthy... I have made plans to start a workout plan and new diet next week with a friend to keep me accountable

I feel depressed, tired and afraid, maybe? I'm going off to sleep and hope I'll feel better tomorrow. :(

i feel anxious and scared. i'm planning to go to a support group today and my anxiety is not going to stop me. as bad as it feels - that's a sign of how much i need support and other people - and screw the fact that it will make my mood/anxiety worse today, it will feel better tomorrow.

I feel stressed overwhelmed and like a failure.

I am going to read over all of my test materials and try to get a good night's sleep. Things will look better in the morning.

I have strong OD and SI urges, did already cut and want to do more.

I will take a healthy dose of diazepam and am listening to calm music. Will try to go to bed as soon as the pills are working. Won't OD no matter what and will try to distract myself on the internet so I won't cut anymore tonight.

I feel unsertain about this relationship, I feel a little upset. But I'm going to calm down, give you the space you ask for and hope that whatever happens is good for both of us. I'll wait.

i'm scared and anxious about starting a new job.

i'm going to:
:purpstar: set an extra alarm so i get up on time,
:lpurpstar: decide what i'm going to wear the day before,
:purpstar: go on bus in my lunch break,
:lpurpstar: let the employment agency know if i'm overly anxious or uncomfortable,
:purpstar: expect the first day to be bad but remember it will get better.

I feel awful for messing up plans with a friend again.

I am going to:

- Call my T (already did, and it was helpful)
- NOT beat myself up
- Accept that my feelings are there but know that they don't have to rule me
- Journal
- Take my meds
- Do some sewing and play with my dolls

Clean & sober since July 14, 2012.
SI free since January 29, 2016.
Cigarette free since May 12, 2017.
