Concerned andvery confused. I am EXTREMELY lonely and know I will all alone on Christmas and worried because I hold conversations with myself without hearing any voices and I'm actually at a point where I argue over literally nothing. There is no thing that I'm fighting over. I am just doing it because I have nothing better to do. I mean, am I in a crisis and should call the local crisis hotline or not? All this isn't caused by stress or the holidays and I'm not feeling suicidal or wanting to hurt myself. I don't even know what it IS I'm going through....

I hope everyone is surviving the holidays? It can be an awful time of year for people who are struggling emotionally. I remember it all too well

I think you could call the hotline. It's not up to the patient to know what's going on. You needn't suffer alone.

Don't think I've ever felt this ill before, been coughing so much every muscle in my body hurts - and I've got pains across my chest mostly on my left side .... I just want to get better ..... that's how I feel right at this moment.
