my mood keeps going up and down and si-urges are coming out as random impulsive thoughts about not-healthy coping methods, like drinking, ed-ish behaviour and wanting to be violent.

why should i have to deal with the shit in my head, how do i deal with it?! why is si a bad thing? why am i trying to stop - it's not fair that people expect me to stop.
