I was able to say, though not directly, that I needed a hug from a guy.. and I was able to get that hug from my band director.

I was able to get my feelings out without screaming and cursing out my mother.. when that's what I wanted to do.

I played my solo right in Jazz at a gig. When I was begging the Admiral to just cut it out of the song this morning.

instead of staying angry, i went to the gym for an hour and felt productive and happier. i spent time with my friends.

I'm proud of myself because I distracted myself by doing something productive (I got all my Christmas shopping done for all my friends).

i phoned work to see if i could go back to work there over christmas. and i have lots of hours to make about £300.
i hate phoning people, and i hate the thought of going back to work, so i'm pretty proud :D
