tips on how to cope: dealing with your feelings, dealing with the consequences of self-harm in your life. share your ideas and maybe pick up some new skills, too. you don't have to want to stop to learn something new here.

Well.. Yesterday I was feeling very down, so I decided to cheer myself up. I found an old A4 notebook and filled it with lovely things! For example, I had a picture of one of my favourte bands and a list of songs to listen too when I am feeling down, and a piccy of me enjoying the snow looking really happy when I was a kid, and a picture of my younger sister. :D

It really helps to look through it when you are feeling down! :]
