Well i was thinking this may be a good idea..kinda sounds a little nutty but hey it may work..I thought well i could buy a cd...not open it...stick it in my lil distraction box...and when i get a really bad urge..i can decide to open the cd...then i will have atleast a distraction for hour of music im dying to listen to ..who knows..it could work.....

Its worth a try..just though id post this idea...

I don't think I could manage this. If I really wanted to listen to it I'd probably talk myself into crisis just so I could open it
However, for people with more self restraint, it sounds like a great idea
