It sounds like you've had an extremely stressful couple of days.
One thing that struck me was your realization that lifestyle changes rather than short term coping things affect your self injury.
Can you elaborate on that? Is it any major change or have you been able to cope with some major changes without harming yourself? If there have been times when you got through without harming yourself, how did you do it? When you've used self injury to cope, what things did you try before that? How well did they work?
