hello. i'm trying to quit self harm and it's going ok. but lately i've been getting really urgy. sometimes all i can think about is how good it'll feel to cut. so i was thinking about making a coping box. i have some idea of what to put in it. things such as camera film, my camera, batteries, colouring books, emails from my boyfriend, a joke book, plain coloured card and paper, a happy journal, cd's, my favourite poems, books, pens, pencils, glitter etc.
but i was wondering does anyone have any ideas of what else i could put in it. i've never made a coping box before.

I think they are a great idea, though I have yet to find enough self worth to justify spending time and care to make myself one...
