something on bus just gave me a virus

how do i know this?
cos my internet secruity tells me what website it came from ... and then blocked bus ...


so ... maybe i clicked a link ... or something ... but

*shrug*

perhaps this needs to be fixed?

That's not possible. More than likely you clicked a link or something similar.

Incidentally, what internet security do you use? Some of them are actually big problems themselves (I'm sure that's not the case here, but just checking).

I mean it's not possible for you to have got anything from BUS itself. But, read the following.

that doesn't soudn familiar ... hmmm ... :-?

i have norton or somewhat ... 2006 and its crazy and annoying and over protective ...

but then my mouse also has problems and tends to get a mind of its own and click random things ...

so eh ... it seems to all be good now :)

Hey do you have an optical mouse? I decided to use the trackball mouse and my mouse problems dissapeared. As for the viruses, do you click on member's www button cause you can be redirected to a virus site.

i like my optical mouse *is defensive* but yeah has i'm like moving the mouse around it sometimes clicks on its own ... but i guess if its the mouse being naughty i'll have to get another one ...

Do you use a mousemat? If not, buy one! Optical mice don't like non-uniformly coloured surfaces. Mousemats help optical mice so much!
