Copying From a DVD

Hey there Techie-types! :wavey:

I'm wanting to copy sum still photos from a DVD slide show presentation onto a CD-R so I can print the stills out as photographs. Uhm... How would I do that? I have InterVideoWinDVD4 as my DVD player and only a basic Paint program. I have a DVD rom and a CD burner on my puter. The files on the DVD are ".BUP" ".VOB" and ".IFO" format. I dunno what that means, so I can't really give much more information than that.
