Photo Editing Software

Post by s0_vErY_sCaReD » Tue Dec 13, 2005 10:32 am

Hey ppl!

I need a
FREE photo editing software program that I can d/l onto a CD to be used temporarily at my mum's house until I can get home and put it on my own computer. *FREE* is the operative word here. I don't want shareware. I don't want a trial-ware thing. I need sumpin free that I can use to edit pictures/photos that is more high tech than Windows® Paint®. Anyone have any suggestions?

On Linux I use the GIMP. Info on the GIMP for windows is available at http://www.gimp.org/windows/.

The GIMP does pretty much everything Adobe Photoshop does, only with a different interface.
Act in such a way as to make yourself feel capable and effective

The change starts now.

If in doubt, don't
