Why do I feel I need to hurt myself? What has brought me to this point?
pressure, lack of being able to talk to ppl, not knowing what is wrong, not knowing how to deal with it

Have I been here before? What did I do to deal with it? How did I feel then?
yes, i cut, it didnt really help


What I have done to ease this discomfort so far? What else can I do that won't hurt me?
fill in these questions, try and talk to someone but failed


How do I feel right now?
confused, stressed, lots of pressure, tired, alone


How will I feel when I am hurting myself?
nothing, and that scares me

How will I feel after hurting myself? How will I feel tomorrow morning?
i will feel no different

Can I avoid this stressor, or deal with it better in the future?
i can try

Do I need to hurt myself?
i dont need to. but i probably will. not sure yet :cry:

cutting isn't going to help you know what's wrong or how to deal with it... it's not going to make it easier to talk to people..

so what's the point of cutting? what leads you to do it again?

confused imo is more a state of mind than an emotion...
what are things you could do when you feel stressed? or tired? or alone? what sorts of things do you think non-si'ers do when they feel stressed or tired or alone?
try and talk to someone but failed
what do you mean 'failed'?

what can you do right now? have you checked the list of distractions on the coping board? have you played all the games in the game forum? have you learned to stand on your head? have you ran in place for 20 minutes? have you fingerpainted?

i didnt cut in the end... i spent the night talking to my friend but it left me very SU but i feel better now kinda
