Getting tech support without logging in

I was having problems logging in the other day, and the forum wouldn't send me my password, either. I finally figured out what was wrong by myself, but seems there's the problem that if you're not logged in to the board, there's no way you can get technical support. This might be a problem for those who can't log in or even register for some reason or another. The mods can't be e-mailed because you must log in to view their e-mail addresses. There's no public support e-mail address anywhere, or at least I didn't find one, and I looked for like 15 minutes, so it must be really hard to find, and I doubt a newcomer would spend that much time looking for tech support on a board when they don't even know if it's any good... And you can't, of course, post for help on the board without logging in. Should someone do something about this?

That's a good point. I'm not an official tech support person, but you can E-Mail me ( deskana@busmail.org ) if you want help but new people probably won't do that. Might be worth looking into, adminy people.
