I do pilates, which is a stretching excercize similar to yoga. I found that it really reduces my stress levels.

ooh i did pilates for a long time. (recently had surgery so can't for a while). but it definately was a great stress reliever, and let me focus on things other than what was going on in my mind.

I don't know what pilates is - what kind of stretching exercises do you do and how do they differ to yoga? I did a little yoga and it was relaxing so I am interested.
