How do you deal with drama in you life?

Does it sometimes make you act dramatic?

Unfortunatly for me I almost get drawn towards drama. I live in a house with 7 other girls there is going to be stuff going on. I have made the pact to myself that this year at school I will not let myself get sucked into it anymore. From now on I plan to just get away, whether it means going to stay with someone else for the night, or just going for a walk.

I tend to pull inside and go where I can't feel anything outside me.

My son was recently in a motor vehicle accident and got a concussion. When I got the call, it was shortly after 3 am. I quickly stuffed all my feelings deep inside me so I could concentrate on helping my husband hysterical daughter get it together. It's been nearly a month and still the traumatic feelings are somewhere deep inside. Maybe that's not so good.

Yeah, I feel drawn towards drama. I try to stand back from my feelings enough to be rational and not get sucked into the chaos. It's hard, but I just keep trying.

I think sometimes I go looking for it.
Sometimes i think id rather be in the middle of a crisis than bored.
