Polls keep messing up

on my post on the events oard, there should only be two options, but one of these options has been opied three times.

Also nobody as yet has voted, but it says three people have.

Can anyone fix this?

If you have voted for one option that is for the question that was copied three times, you'll effectively get three votes if you vote for it (looking at the poll)
