  • Did I identify what feelings were leading me to want to SI?

Some of them. That's a good start.
  • If Yes - What were they, and how did I figure them out?

I thought about them. I worked through the Before and Answer questions (they're a big help at getting me to make a real effort to think things through).
  • What coping skills did I use to deal with these feelings?

Talking to people. Asking for advice. Healthy distractions. Exercise. Getting some nutritious food in me. Not putting too much pressure and guilt on myself.
  • Were these coping skills the most effective I could have used?

I think they're the most effect I know so far. I obviously have the potential to learn more and get better.
  • If No - What coping skills got me through?
  • Why do I think they worked?

Because I did a lot of things. Because I let myself satisfy the whole "I want someone to know and care I feel like this" urge without getting all down on myself or dismissing things.
  • How can I deal with these feelings more effectively next time, before the urge to SI sets in?

Get more confident about talking things over (with people on the board, and with people I know live) when I'm stressed or worried or down before I even get urgy. Keep trying.
