After You Beat an Urge
How do you beat your urges? Examine how you beat the last one so it can help you beat the next one.

Did I identify what feelings were leading me to want to SI?
after, yes, during not realy.
If Yes - What were they, and how did I figure them out?
stressed, overwhelmed, sacred.
had too much work due in/late ect. eysights been going wierd.

What coping skills did I use to deal with these feelings?
err ended up with my teachers kinda draging me out of my (not so)nice little hole. sitting on bus talking to someone

Were these coping skills the most effective I could have used?
no, could have asked for help on the difficult presentation earlier.
talking to someone is good...

If No - What coping skills got me through?

Why do I think they worked?
getting the presentation done, then been able to think straight and finish all the easy stuff I normaly do in my sleep(sort of)
cause talking to someone helps, no idea why.

How can I deal with these feelings more effectively next time, before the urge to SI sets in?
don't let difficult work pile up, get help earlier.

don't have my eyesight screwing up at the same time.
