HTML problems

Post by jaded melody » Wed May 09, 2007 8:35 pm

Uhm basically whenever I post a picture, with "border = x" or "height = x" in the tag, and then click submit, when the post is published i end up with an unsized image with no border. The image is displayed as it should be but the other things get lost. When I clicked on "edit", the code looked like this:

Code: Select all

<img src="www.url.com/image.jpeg"></img>
Basically any extra instructions i put in the tag get lost when I click submit, and this has happened several times, and the image in my signature is suddenly the wrong size too because the code has changed and I cant edit it back.

The same thing happened when I first posted this even though the code was within "code" BBcode tags.

So, whats going on? :-?

Try using code that looks like this...

Code: Select all

<img src="http://www.myne.com/common/images/vectors/anchor.jpg" width="200" height="300">
