I'm proud of myself for getting out of bed.
We're all mad here.
All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places, worn out faces. . .
. . . Children waitin' for the day they feel good
Happy birthday, happy birthday. . .
. . . Hello teacher tell me what's my lesson?
Look right through me, look right through me.

I studied even though I didn't want to and was scared
there is, in the end, the letting go.

Getting out of bed, eating a normal amount, and not drinking too much coffee

I started to get down on myself in fairly nasty ways over having slipped last night, but then I caught myself doing it and stopped. And I actually managed to stop thinking those kinds of things about myself.

I'm going to go for a walk in the sun instead of hiding away in my room. I know this will make me feel better.

I'm feeling down so I'm going to have a relaxing bath and wash my hair, change into pj's and snuggle with a cup of tea in bed catching up with my favourite programmes. basically, I'll be nice to myself.

I woke up feeling a lot better, and realized taking a day off when I'm sick is sometimes a good idea, even if I'm not necessarily completely incapacitated by illness.

Bacause I've managed to handle a really hard day at work. And because I've finally said goodbye to a person, who was bad for me...
