Do you mean how to put one that's already on the web into a post? Or how to upload pictures to the gallery or whatever?

If the former: Put the url of your image in between img tags, like this
[img]http://uk.geocities.com/floor_sitter/maths.gif[/img]
(and don't check the "Disable BBCode in this post" box)

If the latter... I don't know, but the answer must be around this forum somewhere...

For the latter- go to http://www.busmail.org/gallery and login/register and then go to admin options, then add picture, then select from your computer the image you want to upload.

Or alternatively you can host it on a place such as http://www.photobucket.com.
