totally just complaining cause I have to go see my t tomorrow. Everytime she asks the same questions and then last time she was all, "I think you need to put reality in check, is one homework assignment going to cost your life someday?"
not going to rant about that much cause thats all ive done the last few days but i am going to say one, being a t shouldn't you know that being si doesnt nessecarilly mean you're su. then why does she assume that i will commit suicide someday? are these really her expectations?? good god lady have some hope. then, doesnt she know that for the love of god TO NOT TELL ME TO PUT MYY REALITY IN CHECK!!!GAHHH!
well i dont want to go because she is totally demeaning and demoralzing and i hate her to the max! gah, before she didn't even think i really did SI. she thought i was making it up until i showed her scars and freaked out on her. then she just thot i had major emotional issues. ha.
screw her

Wow i'm sorry about that :( she should DEFINITELY be more helpful.. i'm sorry you have to go and see her. Actualy she reminds me of these old councellors i had to see, they just treated me like a little attention seeking kid, even though it really wasn't like that at all. I know what you mean about it being demoralising. Good luck and i hope its not too bad. Take care of yourself :pinkstar:

t's can be very dense at times. have you told her 'i'm not su'? & told her 'it's not helpful when you tell me to put reality in check. i realize the consequences of eg. a homework assignment. even so it can be very distressing & i have problems coping. etc' maybe offer her some ideas of what you do think would be helpful... what she could do/say instead...
