*sigh* I hate all of this, all my friends cut and everything's going to pieces right now. I want to CUT SO BAD! I mean uh... "hurt myself". I almost want to die. Anyone want to say something in response to this complaining feel free.

I guess we all feel this way sometimes. Maybe find something to distract you, I'm not sure. Everyone tells me to distract myself, but it is harder than it sounds. Maybe stay away from your friends for a while. If they are cutting it might be triggering you...

I've found that the only way to get around this is to live through the urges w/o cutting....easier said then done, I *KNOW* cause...)(*)(#*_)(*@ right now.......but if its distraction you're looking for......

Target has these cute miniature puzzles that take only like 30 mins to complete....they're very distracting/take some focus....also remember rubber bands...its what I'm doing right now...tis somewhat helpful....
