could be wrong, but I think you can only see it because your computer has cached it, so it's filling it in... geocities has done some sort of thing (I dont' know what) so that you can't use that picture outside of your geocities webpage. you can't even put a link to it.
if someone does, then they can't see it unless they open the pic in a new window.

If you save it into a text frame on Geocities then you can direct link and it will be fine

but how do you save in a text frame, if you dont' mind my asking, then what is the file extention .. .txt? .. so then wehn you post your image is it like..
