my DBT distress tolerance box is a huge bin, so bear with me and you may get some ideas for your own box.

watching a nice action movie like i'm doing right now is good for distracting.
hansel and gretel witch hunters is amazing and it's full of action and awesome.

i did not binge today, i used a coping skill instead, i had some tea, now i'm blogging and watching a movie.

I admit, I did it today. And yesterday. But that doesn't mean I'm not a good coper.
