I think it`s a few things.I have always had really bad insomnia. Before I changed meds with my new pdoc I was only sleeping every other day.It was so bad at times I would go two days without sleep. My new pdoc says I have a mixed depression.I try to keep busy all day and make myself tired but when it`s time to rest I just can`t seem to unwind.I just have all these racing thoughts and I can`t rest.Sorry to go on for so long.Thank you for being so cool!

Hi rettahdam

I think it may be thought we haven`t found that yet.I`m not anti med at all.Right now I am on cymbalta, seroquel and geodon and lorazepam. Before the pdoc changed them I was on seroquelxr and reg seroquel and cymbalta and lorazepam.

Thanks again
