1 ) get out and do the things I need to, so I no longer feel this way

3 ) when I find any of my "tools" give them to my safe person

Stressed-the-fucked-out and I'm going to chill with my friends for a couple hours and then go home and do half of my ethics paper and/or study for my environmental science exam

Frustrated, can't focus, and kind of down...
Need to close out everything but my online flashcards, study and be done with them, brush my teeth, wash my face, and go to bed. I'm massively sleep deprived, which accounts for everything right now.

Sounds like you made a good, proactive plan for the future, Stefani140 . I've always wanted to read Dune, Capricorn -- is it good? Fexhibit, a shower sounds like the best way to start a set of tasks... Finishing a drawing sounds like a wonderful way to get started thinking about the future & moving towards it, searching_for_solace!

A little lonely, tired and a bit lost. Really confused about borderline need you but also want to push you away stuff. Worried about work on Friday morning. And in a bit of pain due to cold weather.
I'm going to take a bath, take my meds, watch some dvd's while they kick in and go to sleep with my cat and my teddy bear that my boyfriend won me at the easter show who is wearing my boyfriend's tshirt that smells like him. Work will be okay, you'll get through it. Make sure to keep warm. I'm going to look forward to Friday when I see the boy again, and I'm going to talk to my psych tomorrow about the ambiguity feelings.

I feel anxious to the point of crying because of irrational fears I have had for years now. I don't feel I can sleep now and yet I am so tired. I didn't sleep well last night due to these fears but due to a couple of things they will be a lot worse tonight.
I will stay up a bit, listen to music and try and go through the rational reasons as to why I shouldn't be so anxious and scared.

I feel upset and hurt.
I'm going to go home, have a cup of tea and something to eat whilst watching a bit of tv before taking my dogs for a walk.
That should give me enough time to try and forget what has happened today.
