I bought a top, a vest top, i went shopping with my mum, and didnt stress tooo much when it was a close call with her nearly seeing stuff i didnt want her to see.

yeah. i use this thread a lot atm. but i like it. its not over-indulgant, i can almost use te excuse i just like to encourage others (which i do). but then, it makes me think of something i'm proud of myself for, and makes me think in a more positive frame of mind.
ANYWAY...

capricorn- woot for the revision, it can take a lot of willpower to actually get some done, especially when theres other stuff ud rather be doing! writing also sounds awesome[sauce].. and as for not doing triggy things, well done

i ate reasonably. not too much, not too little. i didnt let R get me down too much. as in, yeah, im peed off at her. but im not gunna let that affect my mood.. im gunna go and have a little mini rant in things left unsaid i think. get all the negative stuff out there.

awesome, a list! the HPV jabs arent so bad, theyre worth it in the long run..

i jumped in the river with my rafting. and i can barely swim , i had a life vest on, i just faced my fear, and for the first time EVER, in like 3 years of going to this place, i jumped in.

sorry, i'm ridiculously excited about it.. but i was so happy!

I went to he gym today and joined a gym class. I am uncoordinated and not fit in the slightest but I didn't care and neither did anyone else.
