I'm proud of myself today because i said what I wanted and not what others wanted me to & I baked instead of cutting even thought I was triggery.

today i am proud of myself because i ate all my lunch, and my dinner, and im finding other coping methods instead of heading straight for my tool - even tho im really triggd.
