omg my head hurts and i dont know why my mood is suddenly swinging like crazy. I feel like i just want to scream and yell yet I just want to go back to my calm and quiet self. what is up with my head right at this moment? why is my negitive self talk suddenly overtaking me? please just make all that garbage stop!
