I'm proud of myself today because....

i planned not to eat anything at all yesterday, and i actually did eat. i broke the little promise i made to myself not to eat.

I got my day started early just like i wanted to

i re-arranged my room yesterday and freed up alot of space
i painted a picture
im keeping negative thoughts at bay
i have energy

Because of all the important stuff i got done like my appointments and meds sorted and cause I had a great conversation with my intervenor to think about cool but inexpensive pressents I can make for my family this year.

I went to my church and i didn't make myself feel guilty or ashamed to be there. I had a good time.

i resisted the urge to cut my hair cause i was stressed.

I have managed to stay awake and get through my day at my placement.

I finally took my day off & just rested. I laid around, I slept until I couldn't sleep. Caught up on my tv shows. Instead of work, work, working.
