Is the bus breaking down?

Hello

For the last couple of days I have had trouble getting onto BUS - the internet finds the site ok but then hangs. I try reloading but it still hangs. No other sites give me this problem. Once on the board the pages tend to load twice (refreshing) if they load at all. I still ahve problems getting onto the board consistently.

Thought I'd flag this up. Is anyone else having these problems?

I haven't been having any problems using either ie or firefox and I'm on multiple times a day at different times.

Same as splitimage.

It *could* be that your "Internet History" has become corrupted.

A nice piece of freeware is Ccleaner; http://www.ccleaner.com/.

Maybe install it and then select "Run Cleaner" - that will clean out all of the rubbish.

I use a free tool from iobit.com
It does pretty much the same things as kiwi suggested. I works for any windows pc from 2000 upwards.

Thanks folks. Am using OPERA. Dont' usually have any problems with it. I'll try cleaning it up and see if that helps

hi, i use Opera too and noticed that when i installed the updated version the other day, it was refreshing on its own
every time i logged into bus, it would refresh at least 3 times, i went to preferences and changed it to reload after 10 seconds and
now it doesn't do the annoying automatic refreshing anymore...hope that helps you a little
