Although today is a pretty bad anniversary, I didn't lie in bed. I got things done around the house today that needed to get done, and paid some bills.

I figured out finaly how to set my font sizes on the computer so that any website I use, the font size is readable forme :)

I made it through the night even though i was worried sick and couldn't sleep and was almost throwing up, i didn't si, insted i started a journal of my life

I stopped myself from eating mid-binge. I went to listen to audio books while cuddled up with the dogs instead of eating more or purging.

I'm proud of myself because I stopped talking bad about people even though it was reaaally hard and I feel better now that I didnt say it :D

I'm VERY proud of myself today because I made a contract with my psych to not self harm ever again - and I believe that I'm going to do it :)

I got a bunch of things done today that really, really needed to get done.
