I'm proud of myself today because i cleaned my room and the kitchen and went with my boyfriend to a friend's birthday party and managed to keep myself together while i was there

I had a good sleep

- I walked to the postbox to post my brother in law's birthday card.
- I bought in the recycling boxes.
- I've read two chapters of my book.
- I've eaten four portions of fruit and it's not even tea time yet.

I am proud of myself today because I have been able to tell the truth on how I feel, and not mask my feelings.

I sat with my granny on the deck, of free will and wasn't aggitated about it.
I talked with my granny and didn't feel aggitated, which isn't a norm for me.
I didn't cut even though I really wanted to ..

i emailed a friend and asked if we could visit

I spent time with my dad even though I really didn't want to.

i didn't have an anxiety attack or hurt myself because of the big thunderstorm by the house i was at.

I went outside to enjoy some outdoor time.

i managed to force myself to go back to my friends house to dog-sit and stay the night even though i am really afraid of being by myself.
i kept it together when i showed my boyfriend something i wrote and he took it really badly.
i didn't si even though i wanted to so badly the past few days.
