I feel sad still but had a better day then yesterday. Walked around the block which is good for me and spent time teaching today.

I feel safe in this wab board with other SI-ers. I want to live in this world where everyone seems to feel similarly to me. I want to crawl into this space and onl emerge for the necessary. No one in my world gets it at all. I'm so tired of living in this outside world of pretend. zzz. and yet I have to because i know it's good for me. :hamster:
