I'm so desperate to cut tonight i even got my tool out, and i know i can't, but that just makes this feeling all that more painful.

i don't realistically believe that things are ever going to change to even remotely near where i want them to, as much as i'd love to be able to. i know i've made a lot of progress but none of it's *enough* when things that are so important to me are so far off of being ok.

and i don't know how to tell you any of this

I don't think I'll ever get better while you're around.

I'm a little scared at the extent of how I am feeling at the moment.

I can't help thinking it would be awesome if I could survive without needing to eat or drink anything.

Yes but you can't. If you don't eat, you're killing yourself. And you spent so many years battling the urge to kill yourself.. I don't want anything to happen to you lovvie. I'm worried.

I was sexually abused for 3 years as a child and then raped as an adult. Many professionals believe that is the cause of my problems.

part of me wishes you hadn't come back, i know that's really selfish and horrible but it hurts so much to be ignored. he's mine and i don't want to loose him but at the same time i wonder if a clean break is what i need, i'm just scared it'll make me disappear. i can't let go of things incase they stop existing/ incase i loose my memories :(

I love you more than I can say...and that's half the problem, because I love you so much I'm scared of messing things up and of not being enough, not pretty enough, not wild enough, not sexy enough, not thin enough, not captivating enough. So I shrink away, because I'm afraid that if you see me in the cold light of day you'll be disappointed or disgusted and break my heart.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

I still think I'm not really good enough to deserve to be really loved by someone for me and not just for a series of quick fucks.
