Odd posting error

I've been getting an error when using Quick Reply (which might be a greasemonkey thing that I added to Firefox, I can't remember)

A pop-up window says

"Posting the message failed, the error returned was:"
And then is shows the text from a post higher on the page.
Then an Okay button.

If I refresh the page my message is posted, but I was wondering if anyone else had seen this.

I use the quick reply thing too - and happens occasionally with me, too
The quick reply is a greasemonkey thing, and rather a handy thing too

I do exactly what you do, but as far as I know, that's the way to deal with it
