I studied for my test.
I did well on my weather and climate lab.
I cooked dinner instead of buying it.
I told someone about SI.
I promoted March 1.
I had diet soda instead of regular.
I didn't say I was fat when I went out for ice cream...although I did think it loudly.

I'm proud of myself today because I managed not to fight with my mother, I'm actually in the mood to do what I love (writing), I chose to listen to positive music instead of something depressing, and I've smiled more than I've frowned. It's amazing.

I supported my friend with her SI and didn't feel triggered myself (much!)

I did things that made me feel really good about myself rather than veging out and feeling miserable because I put on weight.

i got up... it's been a challenge.. i went downstairs for the first time since the weekend. i talked to my house mate a bit. she said paula (boss) is a bit worried about me but hopes i'm ok and enjoy my time in adelaide. my sick certificate was lodged and is valid from today untill 12 march..
