Is there a way to block a username?

Can I block a certain username from showing up when I log on or is that not possible? There is a new user that I find beligerent and unhelpful and generally upsetting. I don't want to see his posts. (I think he's a mole)

Yes, if you are using firefox as your web browser.
Deb made a post about all sorts of things firefox can do...look for the one about ignoring a user.
