i try to limit my crying now
despite what people say, i actually tend to feel worse after, and it leads me to self-injury.
i haven't cut in 3 weeks and 2 days, and i've only cried a few times since then.

I can cry, but probably don't do it often enough, tears cleanse the soul.
But when I start I panic because I don't know if I'll ever be able to stop.

If you say nothing left to lose,
Then you have not lost your voice.
And if you've got the guts to choose,
I will still give you the choice.
